Are Pinoys taking over the Blogosphere?
Are Filipinos taking over the Blogosphere? In his blog over at CNet Asia, Joey Alarilla thinks that just might be the case. With the recent announcement by Abe and Angelo about their new positions over at the Blog Herald, Jayvee taking over as B5Media’s Technology Channel Editor and (to a far lesser extent) my joining Creative Webblogging as the author for PCGamersblog, it sure is shaping up to be a banner year for pinoy bloggers.
And no, we pinoys arent gobbling up every network blog or every blog position thats out there, there’s simply too many good writers from different parts of the globe. But the reality is more and more pinoy bloggers are moving to the forefront of blogging and i hope to feature them here at Pinoy Problogger soon.
So, Why are Pinoys getting this much buzz in the blogosphere? Jayvee has some ideas:
Good Command of Written and Spoken English, Affinity to Technology, and Good Compensation.
