Is blogging slowing down? No, according to Automattic/Wordpress founder Matt Cutts: Matt Mullenweg (Automattic) – The Next Web 2009 from Robin Wauters on Vimeo. More microblogging away from the traditional blogging platforms perhaps but definitely not slowing down.
