Manila Bulletin countersues Blogger
Abe reports that the Manila Bulletin has countersued blogger Anton Sheker as a repsonse to his suit claiming that the Manila Bulletin published one of his photos without his permission. The Manila Bulletin is reportedly claiming “fair use” when it published the photos.

I haven’t. Makes me wonder how the online advertising industry is doing. I have one ad from blogbank currently running, down from 3. i have zero from mad crowd media. So, it’s a good thing i have 2 ad placements from red sight media.
